IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Just after the mirrorglass is placed in his hands. He goes through intense and excruciating pain and nearly dies from the glass in his heart.
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Rags is small. So small, in fact, that it’s usually the first thing people notice about him and it’s what they usually taunt him about. He often looks younger than he really is and, honestly, sort of acts that way too. Malnutrition has made him unnaturally thin. He does wear loose clothing, though he will try and find something a little more form fitting once he’s on the Barge.

He has black hair and dark eyes. There’s a bit of his ear missing where a hoop was torn out during a fight with the Queensguard. (He doesn’t wear jewelry anymore)
•DEMEANOR: He is a naughty little scamp. Rags is foul mouthed, rude, offensive, and loud. He’s also a bit sarcastic, prone to making fun of people, and trying to push them all away. If you come out of a conversation without one curse from him, then there’s something wrong.
•ABILITIES:
Sleight of Hand- Rags prides himself on the dexterity of his hands and fingers. He is able to pick pockets and squirrel away treasures without disrupting his mark too much. He can also do small tricks like finding coins behind people’s ears.

Movement- Rags is small and quick and dexterous. He can climb and crawl and run in order to evade the Queensguard and avoid traps. He knows how to blend in with the shadows
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He is intensely malnourished and has mirrorglass in his right hand and in his heart that can only be removed by specific magical means. He’s coming in with a split lip and some bumps and bruises along with old broken bones and injuries that only healed slightly.
•CABIN INFORMATION: He’s living in his prison home of Cowards Silence. Rags’ door looks like a medieval prison cell. Heavy wood with a small slit of a window at the top. Inside is a straw bed, a grate, and a high, barred window along with a pisspot and a hoard of whatever “treasures” he’s managed to steal from the ship.

He was very quickly given an alternative! The admiral's idea of 'cozy' apparently includes: a bunkbed with a heavy red curtain around the lower bunk, plastic glow-in-the-dark stars stuck to the ceiling with sticky tack, purple carpet, a bean bag chair, and for storage, a couple of spiral snail shellves. Er, shelves.

•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: MAGIC AND SORCERY. He doesn’t like it, unless it’s being used for healing.

•VIOLENCE: Rags is more likely to run, but I don’t mind if someone wants to try. This also extends to him trying to pick pockets. Feel free to pop him one if your character would notice.

•DEBATE: He’s more likely to just make fun of someone who tries, but sure!
